Payment of Donations

1. To make your donation by cheque:

Make the cheque payable to WRCDT-SPEC, and send it to the Diocesan Finance Department at the address shown below (please write the name of your school/parish on the back of the cheque with the retreat date):

Our retreats are donation-based only. We would very much appreciate a donation that allows us to offset the cost of running your retreat.


Due to high demand, all bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.  Sufficient notice of cancellation allows us to offer cancelled dates to other schools or parishes. Therefore, we request that you notify us at least three weeks prior to the event if you would like to cancel your visit. Food/drinks and event resources are purchased in advance of your retreat and result in cost implications for us. Regrettably, late cancellation may lead to a situation where we request that you send a donation to cover these costs.
