HIYA is the Catholic Youth Club in Hemel Hempstead, run by the HIYA Youth Worker Claire Pritchard, and a team of volunteers, for all four Catholic parishes in the town. The name HIYA is derived from ‘Hemel Initiative for Youth Action’. The project is managed by a team of representatives, one from each of the four Catholic parishes in Hemel.

We’ve put together lots of the Catholic groups and organisations that you can get involved with in the Diocese of Westminster – from volunteer work to joining a community. You can use our filter tool below if you’re looking for something in particular. If you’re looking to join a group that meets up regularly, like once a week, then check out What’s On.
The K&C Youth Comm is the Catholic Youth Club in Kensington & Chelsea, run by a number of volunteers from across the parishes in the area. The group aids a number of projects in the area, from the SVP Societies weekly outdoor homeless shelter to fundraising for charity. St. Joseph’s Young Adult Group is a group of young adults of St. Joseph’s Parish, Wembley. Living in a society with so many conflicting messages, we come together to walk side by side in order to safeguard one another in the journey of faith. In order to achieve this end, we strive hard to eagerly practice daily prayer, to happily praise the Lord Our God, and to joyfully witness Christ and the love of God to the youth.
We’re a dynamic, enthusiastic group of young Catholics who gather together to share our faith, eat some food and have a bit of a laugh. Youth Revival meets every third Saturday of the month from 2-5pm, at the Centre for Youth Ministry.
