Looking to take a step back from the busy modern life and explore the ways your faith can energise your day to day? Why not join us for an 18-35 young adults weekend retreat to do just that?
Situated in the picturesque and tranquil grounds of Waxwell Farm, the retreat will focus on taking the profound theology of our faith and exploring how it can be practically lived out in our 21st century world. A healthy mix of talks, discussion and reflection time will enable you to really break open these topics and give time for you to discern what this looks like on a personal level.
Outside of the talks and discussions, we really believe in taking the opportunity to establish a ‘civilisation of love’. This concept, discussed passionately by Pope John Paul the Great, is that we are created to love completely those we meet and that the Church should always be a beacon of care and community at its best. To this end; the weekend will include multiple opportunities for great community, live music, prayer, sports, games and countless possibilities to encounter something new of God, and his immeasurable love for you.
Rather than just a one off thing however, we want to provide you with the opportunity to regularly maintain this community. Whether you come to this weekend or not you are very welcome to attend our Resonate Evenings that happen throughout the year.
